Leak Detection Solutions

Our leak detection solutions are engineered to provide unparalleled protection against any form of conductive fluid that might threaten your facility. The line includes water sensing cable, chemical sensing cable and spot detectors as well as the monitoring devices and accessories to support them.

PTI offers two types of controllers to fit your specific needs:

1. Zone Controllers
   Notify you if there is a leak anywhere along the length of a sensing cable
2. Distance-Read Controllers
   Use the cable to pinpoint the leak within inches to assure fast response time in larger areas.

We can also integrate your leak detection system into an infrastructure management system and/or BMS system.

Facility Monitoring Systems

Our Facilities Monitoring System is a comprehensive monitoring system commonly used to monitor sensitive facilities, critical equipment status and temperature, and environmental sensors. Feature-rich and budget friendly, our FMS is currently used in data centers, labs, telecommunications facilities, museums, and many other facilities around the world.

Designed to be vendor neutral, the FMS aggregates information from a wide variety of sensors and equipment and then displays it through an onboard web interface. The FMS also allows aggregated data to be pulled to other systems, all without additional servers or software.

If your data’s valuable, and if reduced downtime is a priority, then you’ll appreciate the FMS’s reliability. The FMS is engineered without any internal moving parts – no hard drive, no fans. This means no downtime, no lost data, and no scheduled maintenance.

Finally, the FMS is a self-contained solution. It stores and displays all its own data and hosts its own web pages; you won’t need to buy additional servers or install software on your PC. Great onboard features include data trending and extended logging, interactive graphical facility mapping, PUE/DCiE monitoring, and nesting, which allows one FMS to report conditions from a large collection of related FMS units.

Data Center Infrastructure Management Systems (DCIM)

Data Center Infrastructure Management Systems provides and efficient method for businesses to monitor company-wide multi-vendor physical infrastructure: power, cooling, environment, and security in real time and with instant notification of issues.

Designed to simplify monitoring by integrating multiple communication protocols into one comprehensive system, our DCIM product is the ultimate solution for your monitoring needs. This system’s graphically rich interface and intuitive design makes monitoring the data center easier than ever before. With SNMP, Modbus, BACnet, and LONWorks capability, it can support multiple types of equipment from many manufacturers.
